Apple Sauce
Ingredients:
5 pounds of apples (mix and ripe are fine)
1 cup of water
.5 cup of brown sugar
½ lemon squeezed
Directions:
Mix apple, water, lemon together. Put in a pot and boil for a few minutes, lower the heat to simmer for 15 minutes until apples soften. Pour in sugar and mix.
Cool
Pour contents into a blender or food processor. Blend to desired texture (smooth or semi chunky)
Cool in fridge and serve.
Add cinnamon, should you like.
